Ok, this was a submission for PFN's "period Phantom" competition. I decided to go with the pomp and circumstance of the 18th century because the dramatic sihlouettes of tricorns and inverness capes really lend themselves to the intrigue of the Opera Ghost. Also, it was common practice for mache' masks to be worn for many different occasions.
